What would you get?!
LT headers with a ORY with NO traction because of bald tires, or 4 brand new wheels and tires?! This decision I'm going to have to make soon! I have NO tread left on my tires and not sure how long they will last! I plan on getting 17x9.5 up front and 17x11 in the back with 275's and 315's. I know it IS pointless to get more power w/o being able to put it to the ground!! I already have some mods done

I don't have tread on the backs, but I do on the fronts Maybe I can get headers w/o installing them, and the wheels and tires installed, cause I can do that. The extra 450 bucks for installation i can put towards wheels

that sucks man. 450 for install is ripping you a new one, there's got to be someone who can do it for less than that. i know i went to my local NAS and got on their drive on lift and it took me 4 hours takin my time. Should only take me 2 hours to swap out headers next time.....hopin to swap from 1 3/4 to 1 7/8 here in the next few weeks.

The thing is I'm updating the wheels to a different wheel size. I thought about getting some nitto drag radials just in the back for the time being, but that is a couple hundred wasted towards the new tires/wheels. I have thought about getting the headers and the tires at the same time. Maybe I can talk him down till about 225

I still can't think of what I'm gonna go with. I know I won't the power, but I need the traction. I sold a bunch of stuff as well to get the headers and everything. I have state inspection coming up in July, and in VA I guess they just do the visual inspection. Knowing that I'm probably going to have a price issue with installation and inspection, I could just get the headers after the inspection, but that might take me a while. Man I hate this.

You can get it high enough w/ 15" jacks...just be innovative. I had about 8" or so of boards that I put under the jacks to get enough clearance. The hard part was that even after that I had to pull the motor mount bolts and jack the motor up another 2"-3". I think mine was a harder than normal case though.
I have the stock y pipe and exhaust manifolds, but I have a catback system welded on there. I'm also getting a 3" cutout placed somewhere on the pipes and I don't have the correct materials to do it anyways. I don't have enough space/clearance in my garage. I can't have a lot of downtime though. I'll probably get the wheels/tires, but for now I think I'm going to flip a coin
