Default Thunders coil pack relocation kit?

Will this kit work with my Hotchkis polished STB or am I going to have to change to the single bar STB? Thanks in advance.

Not entirely sure how the Hotchkis STB mounts, but with the Thunder kit, the coil packs mount just to the left of the brake booster and just to the right of the A/C box (can't remember its actual name)...here's a pic from TRs site:

Thunder has it listed for 98-02 F-body...I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work...it is a very nice kit.

Yeah...pretty easy install. The hardest part for me was getting the wiper arms off!

yeah i have the setup on my car, it looks real nice. Install was a breeze except two points. 1) wiper arms are a pain in the ***, make sure you dont crack your windshield if your using a tool on them. 2) Make sure you plug the coil packs on in the right order, i did one side wrong and it took me a couple hours to figure out what happened cause i did the ls6 intake at the same time. Fitment with the hotchkis i dont think will work if i remember when i had it on my car it might hitt the coil brackets? It sticks under the coil if i remember, which would intrude on where the coil packs go. Pretty sure, i have a bmr now though so cant tell you for certain. Good luck

Ok, this is going to sound like a rookie, but....I started my heads and cam install a few weeks ago, and tonight I started my TR relo kit....I proceeded with un bolting the coil packs from the rails, and now realize I have no friggin clue which side is which, or more importantly, which way is front to back...how can you tell?? I don't think side to side would matter, but front to back certainly does???

im working on installing my TR kit today. when i took off my coil packs to install my headers, i decided that they were not going back on. you really only need to know which plug on the harness is for which cylinder, and make sure that the plug wires are corresponding to the harness thing. those wiper arms are a BITCH. i have to go borrow a tool tomorrow to get them off. also if you are in need of new plug wires, it has nice new taylor wires in the kit

the wipers were definately tough, but I got them off. My problem now though, is that I have tall billet valve covers coming, and I don't see any way that the coil packs will fit up in there with tall covers....and I won't have my valve covers until monday night, I'm out of town on tuesday, and my dyno tune is wednesday....so, I'll probably put mine back stock for the tune, and wait and see how it all stacks up.
