I'd swap over to a 99+ setup at the same time.

I've have great luck on my car with nothing more than stock 01 setup and AMW catch can. Don't see a need for a LS6 valley cover with that.

What do I need to buy to change over? I would buy a catch can if it would help over the valley cover. I am adding a NW 90mm TB and Fast intake also, but the tb has the pcv hookup if I am not mistaken...

From the pictures I've seen, all the 99 up pcv stuff should work with the NW TB.

Do those parts replace any of the existing numbers above, or are they needed in additional to the original 4 parts?

From Lawman SS (I need all the parts for the 99+ system as I am changing to 99+ valve covers from 98's):

If you're still running 98 v/c, I don't know how compatible the 99+ grommets/hoses are with the holes/fittings on the 98 covers. Attached is a pic of the 99+ system...you should need parts 222, 241, 273, and 280.

Here are GM numbers that I have:
222 - 12562580
241 - incl w/222
273 - 10198949
280 - 12556454
