Question O2 sensor ! How to check if they're bad?

How can I check if my O2 sensors are bad ???
I have my LT's for over a year now and just a little while ago got the car tuned and got the O2 sims. but after few miles my SES went on again. I check it and its the O2 sensors.
Q# 1 - How can I check if my O2 sensors are bad?
Q# 2 - How can I check if my O2 sims are bad?
Q# 3 - Is this possible that I could have damaged something on the engine by not having my car copmuter tuned and driving with LT's for over a year ???

My car is a 2000 Camaro SS M6 and I got 59K on it.

Hi Folks
get a scan tool; HPtuner, etc and monitor the O2 sensors - it should give you some indication on what is going on.

Go to autozone, or anywhere else that does it, and have them read the codes.

Two things to check for O2 sensors: 1. SES lights/codes. 2. Lazy operation i.e. insufficient crosscounts.
