To do it right, Borla XR-1. It's about $100. You can try a dynomax bullet and it will be better than the loudmouth resonator, but I'd just go with the XR-1. (assuming you don't mind if it gets a little quieter)

Search on dynomouth and borlamouth.

You can get them from Summit, Jegs, or I am sure some sponsors here carry them.

I normally don't say anything, but this post is an uncalled for waste. Please refrain. Not everybody wants their car to be LOUD.

Edit: It's an uncalled for waste, joke or not. It adds absolutely nothing to the forum and helps nobody. Nobody's "panties are in a wad", just please refrain.

I have a Borla XR-1 welded in place of the resonator and I get complements all the time. I would not call it quiet, But you can carry a conversation and listen to the radio without a problem, even with the windows down. So long as you stay off the throttle. Here are some short sound clips of mine.

BTW. I got no cats and stock manifolds.

Are you sure you can carry a conversation in your car with that setup? That sounds loud man.

I have QTP headers and catted Y-pipe on a GMMG and I am annoyed. I'll put a XR-1 on the I-pipe and only then I think I'll be able to carry a conversation in my car. Cruising isn't a big deal, but stop and go and going through the gears just sucks *** if I just want to listen to the CDs and/or chat with the passenger. Sounds killer though

IMO a better bet would be a smaller free flowing silencer in each out let, as by this stage you have spilt the gas flow into 2, so each silencer only needs to flow half the amount to have minimal effect on the engine bhp. By installing just a single silencer it needs to have a much greater flow capacity as it is handling the exhaust gases from all 8 cylinders.

I install the muffler and now its lower and better sound. Return only one muffler on the passenger side
