Question TSP ORY vs PS ORY vs JH ORY vs Hooker ory?

I plan on getting LTs, haven't decided weather it's going to be JH or PS, but I'm really debating on which ORY to get with them.

JH would be the most expensive, but I didn't hear anything bad about them. PS bangs and hits sometimes, as well as some people complain about inside welds. And I didn't find much for TSP ory.

I want to get the best flowing one with least amount of problems and the best fitting one

Please contribute with opinions

thanks

OP

If you get PS get them with the hooker ORY. It will not bang and clears pimp.

I guess I should have added hooker ORY to the list as well. How does it flow?

I have the TSP ORY and even with alot of work it still hits under hard throttle.
Alot of people say they are good and have good fitment but not so with mine at all. I too have thought of changing to the Hooker ORY. I am just so tired of the banging. If you go with it let us all know how it fits. Good luck!

I'm in the same boat here. I'm thinking I might just get the PS ORY and put some heater hose between it and the floorboard and solve the banging.

Hmmmm. Maybe it's worth $250 to get JH ORY? It's coated and I never found anything bad about them.

I love my TSP ORY. Its adjustable and all of that so its easy to get it to stop banging.

Did it look nice and clean on the inside? I hear that PS Y has some rough welds.

TSP Y here. Its better than most of these because its fully adjustable, and I haven't had any bagging problems. As long as you install it correctly, it shouldn't bang.

I sold my pacesetter ory and got a tsp. The tsp is a much better quality unit, but it comes into more piecies, so you will have to get it welded. I wouldn't put the pacesetter that they sent me on my car unless I had it cut open and cleaned up a bit, then tryed to make the flat part of one section of the pipe round.
Too many issues, so I just got a TSP. It did touch the driver side frame and my spohn torque arm a little bit, but nothing my exaust shop couldn't take care of. I think that when people say that its adjustable they mean that it comes into some many pieces so you can adjust the angle a small amount to not have any clearance issues.

thanks for the input guys. I really didn't want to get anything welded. Just wanted to change my whole exhaust in my driveway some weekend.

Then the TSP is not for you. I actually wanted the same thing myself, but no one posted that the TSP comes into alot of little pieces. I know someone that used clamps to put the TSP together, and he swears he doesn't have any leaks. I personaly just got it all welded, I realy hate exhaust leaks.

So far I'm leaning more towards jet hot ORY since it comes coated unlike the rest of the ORYs and I might be able to get a deal from MDspeed if I get both of them.

Do you have a video clip of your car man? I plan on getting LTs with ory and either flowmaster or hooker, would want to listed to your setup. Is it loud at cruising speeds, on the highway?

Don't let the dude who welded up his TSP Y scare you. Yeah, it works but its a little over kill. The clamps provided work just fine.

My TSP didn't come with clamps, or instructions...Just a bunch of pipes.
