Default Borlamouth VS TSP duals

how loud is borlamouth compared to TSP duals with bullets? I have the duals now, and I'm gonna need to switch over to a Y-Pipe exhaust once I get my turbo kit. I know the turbo will quiet the exhaust a little bit, but for comparative purposes, how loud are they comparatively?

Having had neither, I'd guess that the (insert muffler here)mouth would sound more like a neutered V8 if you run a 3" I-pipe. Since you're turboing your car, I'd suggest a Mufflex or equivalent 4" single exhaust, over the axle and into whatever tip configuration you prefer. It'll flow like 3" duals, and from personal experience, it'll sound scary mean!

my two biggest concerns are flow and sound. I obviously want to make really good power, but I wanted something that's tame. I was looking at magnaflow and maybe gmmg, but I'm not sure about them either. I need something that is going to be quiet enough to not be bitched at by the neighbors...

Borlamouth is pretty loud when running an o/r y-pipe. Thew volume should be comparable to TSP duals (assuming you have them dumped at the axle). Magnaflow will probably be the quietest selection you could go with.

Ditto that and I'll add the SLP dual/dual to the quiet list
