Default Do these two pipes look the same to you?

I need an over-axle pipe for my 2OTL catback (I bought it without that pipe and the I-pipe) so I can finally put it on. SLP wants $80 for just that pipe, but Summit Racing carries a Dynomax part designed for the LS1 F-body right there. It looks similar, but from the angles of the pics, I can't tell if they're the same. The bracket is obviously different, but that really shouldn't matter (I see the kind of bracket on the Dynomax on the true 2OTL pipes sold anyways)

What do you think?

Dynomax replacement pipe:

Thanks for the pic, I appreciate it.

And yes, the Dynomax one is aluminized steel, while the SLP is stainless steel. Aluminized should hold up just fine, right? My ORY is aluminized and it still looks perfect after a year.

Looks like it will fit with a little adjustment. May be a cut and weld. How much is the dynomax piece. If its a couple of bucks then get it. But if its $40-50 and then you hae to modify it then its not worth it. I saw get the slp pipe and you know its fits and its stainless,

SLP uses 409 stainless in that application. It does surface rust/discolor, but will probably outlast aluminized in the long term (>5-8 years, depending on conditions).

In this case you may also be paying for higher quality steel.

Hmm, I may just pay for the correct pipe then...

But here's a pic I found of the pipe that actually comes with the 2OTL.
