What exactly is a line lock and what does it do...?

it holds the front brakes while the rears are disengaged to do burnouts.

its really nice if you have an m6 because you wont have to shift your foot from the clutch to the brake really fast (can be done) and its also good on a4 because it locks only the front brakes

Holds line pressure on the front breaks. alows you to do a burn out without holding the breaks on.

I just bought the SLP Line lock a few days ago, (last week) on sale for l ike $126. Waiting to install it , hoping to get this done this week
My friend has one, and he does crazy burnouts every so often....

A line lock is a cloaking device designed to hide your entire car with tire smoke. Great for hiding from ricers that pull up next to you in traffic.
