Default porting FAST manifold

I dont see any info on here about cracking open the FAST manifold and porting it. Some people have done it already. No pics? or instructions yet? Afew burnt pistons have shown up too and maybe there is a mistake they are making?

Cartek does our manifolds. I know I can see a difference when I get them back. Its worth doing.

Is there any way to screw this up besides being too agressive with the sanding? Is the goal just to make a smoother transition like the one in the picture...or is there more of a science to this?

AFR Tony said there is some science to it. He has flowbench time into it. I think a mild clean up could help as long as its done well. If you go full out port than you can really f-up the manifold if done wrong.

Ive got this FAST 90 manifold. Maybe im stupid, but why did they make this manifold to where its not perfect and we STILL have to go in there, spend time and money to port it out, and make it the way it should be in the first place? Thats the whole reason for getting aftermarket parts...
