Default GM Vented Oil Cap vs. Breather

Been doing some research this morning on here, and couldn't find exactly what I'm looking for.

Here's the setup I'm currently running:

LS6 PCV
Truck PCV valve (fixed ~1/16" opening, no check valve)
AMW catch can that vents back into the intake manifold
GM vented oil cap
All valve cover openings plugged (including fresh air line from TB)

Now, I know there needs to be a fresh air source for the engine. I'm running in SD so I could give two ***** about metered vs. unmetered air.

Should I run a breather instead of this GM vented cap? I just don't know how much air can get in through it...I'm not having any issues yet, but I've only run this setup for 2 days (only WOT twice).

This part seems to be pretty new, so I'm not sure if anyone will know...

i just got the vented cap, but i'll be damned if i can figure out where/how it vents...and your fresh air source comes thru the t-body

Not anymore it doesn't

I need to take a closer look at it...the idea I was going for was to use this cap to pull in the fresh air, but I'm not too sure how much it needs, nor how much can be pulled in (or pushed out) through this cap.
