forget the adapters. some can leak. just go to a parts store and buy a piece of of radiator hose to run straight from the radiator to the outlet tube on the other side of the throttle body. cut it so it doesnt hang down and hit the water pump pulley. i think you need a piece of 3/16 hose, one end fits pretty good, the other is a little loose, but if you use a hose clamp that you can tighten(one with a screw) it will not leak or come off. thats what i did when my adapter fitting was leaking.

I used a piece of scrap 1/4" stainless tubing, free (if
you happen to hoard scrap). It let me tuck it up nice
and out of the way of the pulley. I hacksawed off the
whole coolant-nipple boss while I was at it. Easily an
ounce worth of weight reduction
