egr block off kit to fit slp ls6 intake
I have a slp ls6 intake on my 98 ws6 with the egr provision. The egr plate on my passenger side exhaust manifold is leaking and so is the top of the intake where the egr tube goes in. Does anybody make an egr block off kit that will fit the hole in the slp intake manifold where the tube goes into the top? Thanks for any replies in advance.

What about the exhaust manifolds themselves, does anyone make a block off plate for them? And will the freeze plug hold under boost(my car has already made over 600rwhp and will be going to around 800-850rwhp soon) I want to make sure the plug doesn't blow through my hood under pressure.

Most use an "adjustable freeze plug", which is the thing mentioned earlier with the nut on it.
You can put a gasket under the blockoff plate for the exhaust. If you buy some gasket material, you should be able to cut it to fit. You could also just use some RTV if you can get that to work.
The adjustable freeze plug is basically 2 washers connected by a bolt with a nut. Between the washers is a piece of rubber that expands to fit the hole when the nut is turned and the washers squeeze together.
There's only 1.48489 square inchest of area under that freeze plug. This means there will be only 14.84lbs of force pushing out at 10psi boost, and only 22.27lbs of force at 15psi boost. The nut on it can be tightened like a BASTARD, to the point where it will crack the manifold. I think it will grab the sides PLENTY hard enough to stay on. You could put some equivalent weight on it to see if it slides in, as long as it is not bottomed out, OR you could just gas it and see if it flies out, not like it's going to get sucked in
