tools pt. 2
well since my ford buddys baby was born too soon(for him to help me that is) i said screw it and i'm doing the install myself outside(even though its mid 30's outside) and i bought a metric tool set,rhino ramps,3 ton jack and two 6 ton jack stands. anything else i need???

ummm does it matter what length the gear wrench is? cause with addaptor to put the 10mm and 11mm it seems that it'll be a tight fit. i got a tool kit that came with a bunch of tools and only one length gear wrench. or should take the tool kit back and buy a gear wrench kit instead?....need help fast cause i don't know much bout tools...

on second thought it looks like it will reach once plugs and AIR is outta the way but i think i'll keep my kit unless u guys think other wise.
oh btw can i just use a hack saw instead of a sawzall?(i know it will take longer...)

Ahh man you gotta love f'ing ohio isn't it fun working out in mid 30's low 40's.
You'll need a 5/8's spark plug socket too so you can get the plugs out. Gloves too, every damn thing on these motors seems to be sharp my hands are so scratched up from working on the TA yesterday.

After 6 years of this car you'd think I'd have bought a jet heater for the garage by now! Hate working in the cold, laying on cement. Take 89tang's advice, buy a good set of gloves from autozone. I didn't the first 4 years I worked on the car and my hands were toast every time I worked on the car.

got the gloves and **** waiting...this system has to be on and tuned before 4-15-06(norwalk opens!) its not that cold out lol but i can get it done....i think the hardest parts will be removing the AIR and stock manifolds
