I got my catch can in :) pics!!
yup i got the lol it works good
OK did not want it to be cluttered under the hood so i went with a more clean look. I put it where the air pump use to be and it is really easy to drain. Just 2 bolts and open then drain! I know its far away but i know it will still work from my friends car that has had same setup for a long time
Look hard

Damn! Someone who actually has more fuel line in their catch can setup than me!
Looks pretty good! I like the drain system too!
One guy has a hose extending out beside his fender with a petcock on the bottom of it so he doesn't even have to unbolt anything, but it's still hidden. His can is behind the passenger side foglight though.

The Husky brand is sold at Home Depot and cost $20-$25 when you include the fittings. Add another $2-$3 for hose (depending on length) and you're done. I ran this catch can with clear line so I could see just how functional it was...
The line going into the catch can was coated with oil within 20 miles of driving, the outlet line going into the manifold never showed a drop of oil!

I am a little confused, what exactly is that Husky thing that you bought? In other words, if I went to Home Depot to get one, what do I tell them I am lookig for lol
Also, how do you hook it up? I mean, where does it actually fit in-line to work like this. This is cool stuff, especially considering all the oil it collected.
Sorry for bein a newb about this, just never seen one before.

I think I'll pick this up when I buy my spring for the trunk mod (damn thing doesn't open first click) I was kinda weary to buy it at first because most always it is you get what you pay for, but this just sold me on it.
Awesome looking setup dan, I hope you don't mind me copying off of you on location. I'll be sure to tell everyone dan from ls1tech gave me the idea for copyright purposes.

Nice hidden setup. I spent about $25 for my setup at Home Depot too. It works pretty good, and you can't beat the price.
What is the spring for the trunk? Mine doesn't open on the first click anymore either.

go for it it looks really clean I pulled the headlight out and lifted the fuse box up to make it easyer. The way i ran it from the line that was coming from the valve cover & i connected the line to it and ran it under the T.B then behind the power steering pump then under the ABS stuff then to the catch can then under the radiator and around it and up to the intake As for mounting it i put some double sided tape around hole to make it padded and zip tied it down from a few different angles.. oH i ussed about 12ft of line and done worry it will work!

i think im gonna end up putting one on my HD. i tow everyday and im hard on it.
ive bought and sold plenty of 6.0 core motors and no matter the milage, the intake runners look like they are rubberized undercoated.
bad stuff.
gotta kill power and performance.
oil only has an octane rating of 81.
