Finished the Throttle Body
Came out pretty good. Going to look bitchin' on the motor.Solid billet body. 4-50mm butterflies. Stainless shafts. Custom laser cut silicone captive seals throughout. All carbon fiber airbox w/105mm opening. Custom intake under construction and to be fed by twin 60-1's. Me likey.

wow thats 100% homemade? Very impressive! I assume this is for the vette. One other question, why 105mm opening? my calculations make it just a tad smaller than the 4-50mm's. Should provide some really crisp response, and so damn sexy.

Take the thickness of the blades and the shaft diameter into consideration. Undecided if this will be mafless or not. In theory the throttle response should be good. After this unit the air is pretty straightened out all the way to the chambers. Top end should be killer. Then again its all BS till it runs.
I thank everyone for the compliments. Ultimate goal besides just enjoying the build is getting the car on a magazine cover. Hope its not all about "who you know" cause Im just some guy and I don't know anybody. I think if we show it around next year it might get some attention.
