Question Quiet catbacks

I'm looking for a really quiet catback that still flows well. I've heard that the SLP dual duals are nice but what are my other choices.

This is how I'd rank the quiet catbacks from quietest to least quiet.

1.) SLP Dual/Dual
2.) Hooker
3.) B&B
4.) Magnaflow
5.) Corsa

Bassani has a quiet thunder catback, but I'm not sure how quiet it is.

Hooker is a badass catback ... I've had Corsa and Hooker on my car w/ catted Ypipes. The corsa had alil more interior noise than the Hooker does. Hooker is very quiet inside the cabin but when you hear it from outside it still sounds very very nice!

I love my Hooker, and with cats she was awesome, but with a high compression big cam motor with long tubes and no cats it is still kinda loud.

Ive got the Dual Dual..its very nice....when just idleing around..but when you wtap it up ~2500 3K..they come alive..and just growl....not loud or rude inside at speed either...I love them..I cant understand why people like to make they're cars sound like trucks

Yeah the dual dual is definately a quiet catback(I know because I have it.)...

But if price is an issue, you can't go wrong with the Hooker catback.Lots of satisfied people with it.Catted and un-catted.

Dual Dual is probably the most quiet with Hooker next. My Hooker is still pretty quiet with LT's and a ORY until you punch it. I've got a McCord cutout to when I want to be really loud. Oh my Dyno #'s are with all the mods in my sig through the Hooker exhaust.

Definitely the SLP dual/dual. Flows great, very quiet, but still lets you know there's a V8 under the hood. I had it on my car when I a cam and stock ported heads with 419 at the wheels and it was a sleeper and a half. I strongly recommend it.

I've ran the Dual Dual, Corsa and now my Hooker. I went thru 3 DD mufflers as they kept puking up the ceramic packing inside. My Corsa muffler had a baffle break inside of it and it began rattling. The DD is the quietest of the 3 by far, Corsa is the loudest. Hooker sounds perfect with LTs Cats and H/C. Very civil to drive but roars at WOT!

SLP DUAL DUAL! I have one on my 01 SS and love it. I'll prob put one on my 94 Z also. Loud cars aren't to cool to me anymore since i have owned 9 F-Bodies and have went the loud route on the others like a punk *** kid

My Dual/Dual on my 2002 Firehawk is perfect! I've got a 236/236 cam with an ORY and the cat back is still calm under 3000 rpm and gets mean when you floor it. A mature catback that flows like the rest of 'em.

Highly recommended. ~Joshua

Nobody wants to throw the SLP 2OTL out there?? I love the sound, nice quiet and smooth. Pretty tame even with my 230/236 cam, you really have to listen to know its cammed. I love it.

Never dynoed it compared to a cutout, but I heard it flows very well.
