Connect the tubes with some 5/16" or 3/8" fuel line from an autoparts store. The radiator side is bigger than the vent tube side on the block. I believe I have 3/8" on mine with a hose clamp on the motor side.
You don't need to plug the things in the throttle body. In fact, you can remove the throttle body, and yank those tubes out. It cleans up the look and gives a little more room to run the hose underneath.

i did mine in like 30 mins w/ taking pics, all u need is a 3/8 coupling (anyharware store or if u see a plumbing truck just ask the guy for a 3/8 pex coupling and he will just give u one unless he is a jerk (i do plumbing so if u live in sw fl just let me know and ill hook u up), 2 hose clamps and 2 covers for tb lines.... u dont need any hose but its really close to a pully but if u zip tie it it should be fine
