Default electronic turbos?

Alright well lately I've been looking through a lot of car catalogs and magazines and have seen these electronic superchargers and turbo chargers. The articles say that you can add up to 50+ horsepower. It sound really gimicky to me but, what do you guys know about them.

Get your or your neighbors lawnmower, take off the air-cleaner assembly. Start it up and put your hand over the carb, it should get sucked in. Now think about how much air a electric motor would have to move to change this vacuum to be boost.

The amount of power it would take to flow enough CFM to feed an LS1 under WOT would be massive. And then you'd have to think about how much PSI your actualy manageing to get.

Theyre a joke to say the least.

they work just as well as those pioneer turbos with the alpine inter coolers...i mean thats what the stickers say on hondas...the yoda techs have been working on a new sony boost system...i mean hell the stickers, body kits, euros, and those hidous wings give those cars like 25psi in boost and unknown rwhp....sooo fast these cars....so fastttttt....also the weight reduction technology of taking the stock sound system out and putting in dvd players and 16 12's such a reduction...hmm?!?! sooo why wouldnt a electric turbo work? cmon guys

you guys that dont know how they work dont have room to talk,

you mount 2 of them where the foglights go, so at high speeds the air hitting the turbonators help spin the turbo causing less strain on your electrical system because your not drawing as much power to turn them, so your alternator doesnt slow you down.

Nawwz helps low end,
then when your v-tec kicks in with twinturbonators, you become the terminator with turbonator.

its all a science

let me guess that these "car catalogs" had some sort of import on the cover, right?
