Default Ultimate Exhaust Installed!

I decided to stick with the TTS 1 3/4" longtubes for now, so I went ahead and had my ultimate exhaust put on. 3" bullets off each header, mandrel bent 3" pipe, flowmaster 3" in 3.5" out ypipe, 3.5" cutout, 3.5" mandrel bent over axle pipe, dynomax ultraflow 3.5" muffler, and a 3.5" turndown.

No track results yet, but I'm very happy with the sound. It's nice and quiet. I'm finally going to drive my car to work tomorrow for the first time in two months!

Anyway I spent around $300 on parts and $200 on the system. I couldn't be happier!

Track results soon. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Enjoy your drive to work! Let us know how the system works. I'm interested in a similar set up.

It would be interesting to see how much of a difference the cutout makes.

Where did you find the 3.5" mandrel over-axle intermediate pipe?

What's ultimate about tts headers, a 3 inch y-pipe and a 3.5 inch catback? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" />

The TTS headers kinda blow, when I get QTP's on it will really be the ultimate exhaust system. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

I've done dual exhaust before and I think it sucks on an FBody, just my opinion.

My muffler shop had some 3.5" mandrel ubends and made it for me. It came out really nice. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Sounds nice.

Check out my website on page 3 for pictures of my exaust, 3" Y-pipe, 3" in 4" out collector, 4" all the way back over axle all mandrel bent with a magnaflow and a turndown <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

I have rear o2 bungs (even though I have ls1edit, just in case of federal emissions) and I can swap in cats/OR pipes.
