Just got a set of long tubes(they where free by the way) for my 98 Z,, and they do not come with an EGR pipe provision or a place for the EGR valve pipe its self.. what should i do.. drill a hole, do some welding???? or just remove the EGR pipes all together..but im sure in doing that my check ENG will light up like a christmas tree.... what to do???

Remove the EGR all together. Get a tune or some sims. You are most likely thinking of the SES light.

Toss the EGR in the trash (as long as you don't have a visual emissions inspection) and plug up the hole in the intake with a
1 3/4" adjustable plug
Then get a tune to eliminate the SES light

Right, you can disable the codes so you don't have to look at the annoying light
BTW get the expandable plug before you start the install
