The fans are alot easier to get out from the bottom. After you get the fans off its a piece of cake.

leave the fans on and pull everything all at once.
1) drain coolant
2) remove lid and rad cover
3) remove the hoses
4) unclip the connectors from the fans
5) unclip the harness from the shrouds
6) lift up a little and seperate the radiator from the condenssor (2 locating tabs - 1 on either side)
7) lift up and out

I just did mine today and it was a pita, but I did it all from the top except for one of the hard lines which I had to crawl under to do.

The fans have a clip. One on either side and it slides out from the top. You can do it a whole lot easier from the bottom just pushing it upward.

Yes sir, it was a real pita. Looks like it would be a lot easier to lift out the entire evaporator, radiator, and fans all as one assembly, but **** that. I'm not gonna drain my a/c system just to get out the radiator. Probably would have been easier though

^ you don't have to evacuate the ac to remove the radiator and fans as 1 piece. I remove these parts all the time with varrying jobs on these cars. Every time I've pulled the radiator it comes out with the fans attatched.
