you can get what's called a basic tune and it's around 150 at speed inc, it deletes the codes and some other stuff like skip shift (manual), lopey cams, optimizes shift points, etc.

If your tune is going to cost 500 bucks, it may be best to invest in HP Tuners or an alternative tuning software which you can delete the codes.

You must be able to get a local tune cheaper than that, but if not perhaps some tuning software will be the way to go, beware once you start its an addictiong, tinkering with stuff to see it it runs even better.

If you are removing your EGR you will need to plug up the hole in the intake manifold, not sure what size it is.

That the EGR/AIR sticky, it should have all the information you need. If you have questions, you can post them in there (the reason I left it open).

If you're going to delete the EGR, the SES light is going to come on. The only way to get it to go off is to have the code tuned out. If you do this, you might as well not get O2 sims, but have those codes tuned out at the same time. Have them delete the AIR codes while you're at it.

MTI did mine for $75, it took about a whole 5 minutes.

best thing I ever removed for the car was the air pump and the egr, so much more room now. I second tuning out the rear o2's. some waste 80 bucks on the stims and get a tune that probably deleted them anyway.

I got all that done plus wide band tuning and more, here in Missouri for $200.
Don't pay more than $200 for a tune

Wheel2Wheel is a bad *** shop. Only way to find out prices on this stuff is to call and ask. Say "I'm not looking to get a full tune just yet, but I need a few codes tuned out, what will this run me?" You might get lucky and have somewhere offer to do it for free hoping to make a customer out of you.
