FAST intake, MAP leaks - solutions?
I have an early FAST 90MM and the MAP has to be leaking, three tuners have tried, and noone can get the thing to idle.
A few ideas I have heard or thought about:
1) Tap the hole, and use a brass thead to barb fitting and teflon tape, then remote mount the sensor with vacuum hose and clamps
2) RTV the filling in place.
3) Use a hose clamp, hook it in the slot for the clip, and then tie it down with the bolt on the back of the intake.
4) Fill the map hole (maybe with RTV) and put a Y in the AC vacuum line on the side of the intake and run the MAP sensor off that.
Any other suggestions? Feedback on any of those?

I just did one of these intakes last week and map sensor was really loose. I just wrapped the rubber plug on the sensor with thread tape until it went in nice an tight. Put a dab of silicone under the flat surface of the sensor to the intake. No idle issues. It had a nw 90mm with a bigger idle hole drilled.

Beast96Z had the best idea I've seen, but the pictures won't work right now.

He took one of the bolts out of the rear of the manifold (close to MAP sensor), used a flat tab that sat ontop of the sensor and hung over the bolt hole. He then drilled a hole in the tab and used a long bolt/spacer in that slot to clamp the sensor down.
Tony Mamo reported that you can buy a new rubber grommet thing to slip over the MAP from GM and it helps alot.
