the qtp one does... and if put together right, the ground clearance isn't that bad. Cat on the drivers side is the lowest point on mine, and I've never actually bottomed it out while driving. Stock ride height car.
If you're lowered... then nothign is gonna be great if it's made form 3 inch pipe FWIW.

The problem is that the y-pipe i got from QTP was defect and i had to cut and weld just to be able to use the car, QTP wont warranty anything and called me an idiot when i talked to them so there is no way i am buying another QTP y-pipe.
ThatŽs why i am looking for a new one.

1 - 3.5" to 3" reducing nozzle $13
Several good SS clamps (best use a few clamps in case you need to take it off, or you can gamble you won't ever need to take it off and have it all welded). $50
And a good exhaust man with plenty of 3" tubing...cost and labor approx. $200-250
Somewhere around $600 -$700 if you want cats, give or take. At least around my area these are the prices I'm seeing.

The QTP piece I dont' think is made to be installed in your driveway fwiw, I think it's made so that it can be adjusted to fit on any car, and I'm sure some cutting is probably nessassary, that's why they reccommend that it be put on by an exhaust expert. I had a shop do mine, and I've had not a single complaint.
Having one fabbed is probably the only way to get one to fit perfet that I agree... and a couple 3 bolt flanges in it would also be a good idea for ease of dissassembly when it evenytually will need to be removed.
