lets see.. a MAF and the stock rubber pieces some people use pvc pipes

An old MAF that I gutted [and ported... lol...]...

I'm still finishing it, filing and sanding, looks nice, no restriction...

It looks stock [here in Cali] and provides a place to hold the MAF sensor connector/wiring.

You might be able to find something like the 45* bend here...

That exhaust tip is interesting, I have the same tip laying around somewhere. I might head to one of the speed shops and just look around for a longer coupler and see if I can make that work.

i am using a 4" piece of rubber hose off my bosses old boat exhaust. its prob about 1/4" thick. says napa on it so i guess it came from there. works good though
