Do the mounts, don't rig your **** up. It takes less than a day of work, and you will actually FIX the problem.

Mufflex makes a Y pipe hanger just for this purpose. Thunder Racing carries it for $40. I just put LT's on with a catted Y and after reading good reviews on here I decided to buy the Y pipe hanger and give it a try. I have to admit it works great and is easy to install. Just something else to think about.

Or you can spend another 10 dollars over the cost of the hanger, and actually fix the problem.

exc? You can feel the pulse of the engine more but its not a vibration. I had done just one poly mount but now I've gone to both poly and a poly trans mounts as well. If your pushing the hp up you need to deal with spongy mounts. I had engine movement and trans movement that I didnt want.
