Default what catback will make an open header no cat car fairly quiet

I am looking at taming my beast a bit so it is more enjoyable to drive on the street. What is the best catback for open headers/no cats? I want it so be somewhat quiet. I know it will be kinda loud. My car has open headers/no cats and loudmouth right now...it is freaking NASCAR loud.

Thanks and sorry about another catback question.

The hooker is very tame until WOT which is expected.
The maganaflow is my favorite for the guy looking for best performance and not to loud. A little louder then the hooker based by my ears, but not to loud.

I love my Hooker Aerochamber muffles. I'm runnin LT's thru a non-catted ORY & it sounds great. Nice & quiet while cruising & a beast @ WOT.

Flowmaster will stay very mild and quiet. I wouldn't recommend it according to what I have read about actual power gains though. I got one w/o researching...

SLP Dual/Dual. Its probably the best flowing cat back and is very mellow. Toss a cut-out in your Y-pipe if you want to wake it up.

Technically not open headers you are right. I guess by that term I meant I have no muffler at all right now...unless you want to call the loudmouth resonator a muffler.

Thanks for the replys..I like the look of the magnaflow.

I have a Borla cat-back. It's quiet when capped, and retarded loud when uncapped. The cut out is built in too, but they cost a lot of $$. If I had to do it again I'd go SLP dual-dual.
