Default What Else Do I Need?

I'm about to buy the Pacesetter header/ORY combo from TSP as well as the O2 Simulators. Is there anything else I NEED to buy with them? Like an install kit or something? Thanks.

Never hurts to have a fresh set of stock gaskets, you probably don't need them but some buy new bolts.

Good to have some u-clamps for the collector to ORY connections as well as the ORY to catback connection. I can't remember if they include any when you order the LT's and ORY or not. It's fine to reuse the stock header gaskets. I wouldn't order new ones unless you've got over 100K miles or so. Don't use the paper ones they send with the kit. The stock ones are metal and much better IMO. Also the stock bolts will work fine too. Are you keeping AIR and EGR?

Since I don't know the effect of removing either, I'm leaving both.

do people still install A.I.R. restrictor plates with headers? They used to be a big deal a few years back. Maybe things have changed

whatever you do dont use the paper gaskets that come with the headers. i made that mistake and had to replace them a few months later and that was a major PITA. the gaskets melted to the header and the block. ugh what a pain.

Don't get the rear O2's and have all the emissions codes deleted. You can delete AIR/EGR/EVAP/Rear O2's all for about the same price as just the O2 sims.

Any LS1 speed shop. Are you close to one of our sponsors? You can also ship your PCM out, have it programmed, then re-install it if you can afford a little downtime (while installing headers).

Anywhere that has LS1edit/HPTuners/EFILive can do it. MTI did my codes for $75.
