Mufflex is the only company I know of. Stainless works makes a 3.5 inch set-up, but the mufflex will out flow it. I have a 4 inch mufflex about to go on my car, but can't give any performance data, because I haven't tried it out yet. I do know it will outflow a true dual 2.5 set-up, but not flow quite as much as a dual 3 inch setup.

i meant to ask you, can you let me know how the clearance and install goes with the 4"? everyone makes a big deal out of the 4" clearance but i dont know how going from 3" to 4" can be that bad unless the car is to low. i wouldnt think it would be like everyone says.

I'll try to give you a heads up on the install. A couple of guys I know have used the 4 inch mufflex on their cars and had no complaints about the install and fitment. One issue to be aware of, if you want your system to be max efficient, you need to be sure and use a y-pipe that is 3 inch and merges into a 4 inch collector to match the mufflex. Mufflex makes one as does Kooks, I was too ignorant to figure that out and I am having a muffler guy modify my 3x3 Kooks y-pipe. Good luck.

thanks man.
i have a 2.5" y-pipe but i should be fine cause i only plan on 450-500hp. 2.5" y-pipe should be good for over 500 without restriction. as far as the collector goes i'm just gonna expand it with the pipe expander and connect it right up to the 4". 2-2.5"pipes are a pretty good match for a single 4" pipe. if i wanted to get even more knit picky i think a 3.5" would be even more equal to the 2.5" y-pipe.
