See what i loved about my setup b4 the tip swap was when i was cruising it was somewhat quiet! But at WOT it was like open headers loud! but with a cleaner sound! Well now the droan inside the car sucks with going to the hwy from 70-85mph! lol my last road tip i dove 90mph most of the way because it was quieter at that speed!

It's because of your Magnamouth catback, that's why it's so loud. You can get a real catback, like Magnaflow full catback and it will quiet it down a whole lot. Another bullet before each tip would quiet it down a little, but not too much because they are not that big. That might be enough to get rid of the drone you are seeing though.

A little physics here to explain why the tips made it louder:
Your exhaust (which is also creating noise) comes out in waves. Think of it like waves in the ocean. There are usually 3 waves that are considered the most important. The first wave is the highest, followed by the second, which is somewhat lower. The third is lower still. In physics, these are called harmonics.
What is happening is that the extension of your pipe (which are your tips) are causing one of the harmonics, or waves, to reverse itself and go back into the exhaust system at a different speed. This is what is causing the increase in noise inside the car. Usually, it is the third harmonic that is the culprit. As you described, this effect will be most noticeable at certain speeds, which is also certain exhaust speeds, if you will. You can tune this by adjusting the overall length of your exhaust. If you can move the tips forward or backwards on the pipe, this will change the length of the exhaust, which will move the speed at which the most noise will occur.
Hope this helps.

Well same thing i was thinking but in different words lol See with old tips there was nothing for the sound waves to hit! Just straight out the tip. Now the sound waves hit the y-then go out the tips. So it makes it louder in the car
