Sick TA after Header and PCM Install
Hey guys....ever heard of this? I need some help.
Installed a set of Pacesetter LT's on a 98 TA, and installed the Nelson Performance Tuned PCM. Driving the car to the exhaust shop to have the rest of the exhaust welded up, and I noticed the car will surge and buck....and it will backfire bad! It also feels like it's only running on 4 cyl.'s
I swear I think the damn thing has fouled out the plugs on my engine Bank 2.
Got any ideas?

did you do plugs w/headers. if not you prolly cracked the porcelin. if you cant figure out take it to the shop and have the tech II hooked up. most likely plugs and wires. have you let the computer adjust yet?

Well....I am the shop so....the Tech II shows nothing conclusive. I have now found that all 4 plugs on Engine Bank 2 are fouled. So I'm replacing them now.

OKay guys I found out the problem. After driving the car with open headers only, it seems that I fouled the plugs. So...I replaced them with the AC Delco 41-985 Iridium plugs and now the car runs perfect. I want to thank all you guys who chimed in to help me out and offer me their advice. Thanx friends.
