Quadruple O2 Sensor failure?
Has anyone out there ever had all four o2 sensors fail simultaneously? If someone has, can you tell me what symptoms the car had? How did it perform, how did it accelerate, how did it shift, etc? My PCM is throwing all codes for the sensors.

I managed to kill the 2 front sensors and a wideband all at once (the rear 02's were removed at the time). Car ran like *** afterwards, it was super rich and the computer was detecting an extremely lean condition (because of the messed up sensors). Smelled STRONGLY like fuel at idle, and backfired a bit out of the exhaust. Accelerated fine though. It was an M6 so no shifting issues.

....Check the fuses under the hood on the driver's side. I've blown a fuse which caused all sorts of codes to be set.

One of my friends had this happen on his 02 TA right after header install. It ran awful. It wasn't even hardly drivable for a distance over 5 miles. It had multiple cylinder misfire codes and was running VERY rich.

check your fuses, like was mentioned. call your local dealer, find out what they charge for diagnostic's and due they include it in the price for fixing. or you could try a local garage just make sure they have the appropriate equipment. or just replace all of the o2;s, but then it may be something else or a series of problems. what ever you do just make sure the work is gauranteed.

I was throwing all kinds of 02 codes and air fuel mixture codes.. I went to a performance shop and got the rear 02 deleted out of the system and replaced my front 02's.. No more codes and car is running awesome!
