maybe high 12's or low 13's, all depends on what size stall you run, I have a fuddle 3400 and with my mods and good traction I have pulled the tires off the ground, not very high but off the ground. It moves very good off the line, my auto WS6 spanks the hell out of my 6-speed WS6 off the line

with tire-high 12's with a good launch
without tire-14's

Are you serious?

I see LS1 fbody running high 12s on soft street tires only gears/bolt ons. Adding a decent stall, should drop the ETs to mid to low 12s. Add D/Rs should be low 12s to high 11s.

+1 for low 12s with a good tire. Add some rear suspension peices and subframe connectors and hang on

+1 on that when you do this be sure to add a line lock to that list.do the gears too.i found out that sticky tires without a linelock = shitty 60 ft[dam rear disc brakes]
id look for low 12s on sticky tires as said above

you have to realize im from vegas where density altitude kills. but i still dont see him doing any better than mid 12's with tire, espiacally with a 98, but you never know.

i always thought that the 98's dyno less(though they may not run a slower 1/4 mile time). after doing a little more research i guess theyre pretty much the same as the 99-00s just with different injectors and a more aggressive cam. i hope you run some good times but dont expect to run those times here in vegas, or mt. everest for that matter.
