Depends, are you doing it on the ground or on a lift? On ground I would say give yourself a weekend. On a lift a good six hours or so. You should probably keep some band-aids on hand also!

air tools helped a lot.......you may also need a sawz-all.......for an ear that comes off the block on the driver side......I had to cut off about a 1/4inch to get it in between the that and the steering knuckle

Took me a long *** time compared to some people. But that was by myself with zero experiance. Last time I swapped headers it took me maybe 6 hours or so. Its an easy install, pretty fun as well

I just did pacesetter lt headers, ory, and poly motor mounts this past weekend and it took me 20 hours. but that included breaks and a couple trips to the store. The motor mounts took at least half of that time. It was my first time ever doing something like that.

you cant really use air tools on much they help on the y pipe to manifold bolts.you can get an air ratchet on the header bolts too.
you will need a grinder to cut some off of the tab on the block.

oh yeah and use regular hand tools, i didnt break anything and all the bolts came loose with alittle bit of force. make sure the socket is all the way on the bolt and not slightly on or you will strip it, oh and have fun b/c im sure we all did lol.

yeah and get a metal pipe to fit on a wrench in case you need extra leverage, and i would soke all the bolts in pb blaster the night before the install.

On a lift shouldn't take more than a few hours. I've never tried it on jack stands. Although I'm in the market for some LT's myself and I'll have to do it alone in the garage this time.
