Helped out my buddy this past wednesday doing his pacesetter and it took us about 6 hours total. Thats cuz we ran into a snag where the exhuast shop had tack welded the ypipe to the catback. We had to call for some reinforcements to grind it off. We also cut the tab on the block. Other than that, it was pretty simple....

yeah headers suck your first time. I ran into a few problems the farthest bolt on the passenger side got stuck after being screwed half way in. so i had to uninstall the header which was already bolted up run a tap and die, then the bolt still didnt go in, so i had to cut it. wasted a couple hours doin that. but it was worth it when it was done.

wow i dont how you guys hauled so much ***!
it took me and a buddy about 10 hours. ABSOLUTELY COULD NOT pull the boots off of the pass. side to get to some of the manifold bolts, finally got a ratchet wrench and got it off...the first night sucked.
today we slid the headers up, pass. went in right away, then had to undo the steering linkage, and the drivers side went in..no grinding.
they were pacesetters btw
