Dyno numbers........
I thought I would post the results here considering it is an all bolt on car. On a Mustang Dyno My car put down 328.8 @ 5480 and 320 ft/lbs
On a dynojet it put down 380hp @ 5480 and 368ft/lbs
It suprised everyone there and myself. Brent Tuned it for me, i don't knwo his name on here but on Streetracingforums.com he is OOZ, so anybody near the TN area might want him to tune the car for them, he is amazing. I still have about 8 degrees or so i could use on pump fuel so there is more power to be had, but i wanted to play it safe. The mustang dyno was calibrated the day before so i know it is accurate.

This is a '98 car which has less power from the factory than the 01-02's to start with. His only power mods are a full exhaust system and an LS6 manifold. The LS6 manifold on a cam-less LS1 probably netted a MAX of 10rwhp. I would guess he's making 340rwhp. No way in hell that car makes 380rwhp with just exhaust.

Re: Dyno numbers........
I have hooker LTs Ls1edit and no emmissions. It is a 15% difference between Dynojet and Mustang dyno. This car is a factory freek and a half. The next closest car with same mods put down about 307, and a car right after me with a cam and jet-hot LTs only put down 327 with cutout closed and 330 with it open, these were measured at the wheels. We also did a drivetrain loss test and it was 13.6% which is not bad.
98' only have less power due to the LS1 manifold. Also 98 has larger injectors.
Scott does do tuning and he is really good, brent is a friend of mine who used to tune for total engine airflow i believe, I can arrange for him to tune yours like he did mine. It runs perfect and still has about 8degrees of timing i could use.

Re: Dyno numbers........
a freak does not equal the hp. What did gm do , put a set of S2 heads on there with an extra lift cam. That is dynoing more than my friends 02 z06 with tpi lt's, xpipe, mti tune, s2 tb, varraram, and pulley. Hell that is dynoing about the same as some the the tr 224 cam cars with all the bolt ons. Sorry got to throw a bs until we see some dyno sheets . Tunning does some wonders, but with what you got, 40-50 rwhp is just not real on a bolt on.
