SLP LM Exhaust needs to be quiet.
I am finally gettin my cam installed soon and I know it is a choppy idle. My concern is the idle in the morning. I wake up and leave the house at 5:30am. Is there another quiet resonator for idle but still have the kick under wot. Or do I have to get another exhaust system. Thanks

anything is going to be quieter than the LM resonator or a bullet muffler. Your best bet is to try one of the above or put a moroso spiral flow in place of the resonator and in the passenger side exhaust pipe after the axle. These will help, plus, you already have cats which will help quiet the exhaust with the addition of "actual" muffler(s).

It's called a damn "Loudmouth" for a reason. There is no such thing as a quiet anythingmouth. You want a quiet free flowing muffler? Keep the LM piping but have a hooker aero chamber muffler welded in at the rear or even an SLP D/D muffler(watch out for the cone of silence).

You Could Try Leaving It And Not Worrying About Waking People Up. Most Aftermarket Mufflers Alone Are Enough To Wake Anyone Up. I Think That It Doesn't Matter, Motorcycles Are Louder And Theres Nothing Anyone Can Do Short Of Keying Your Car Or Adding Some Sugar To The Gas Tank. Lets Hope You Have A Garage.

go to the SLP website and click Corvette 2007, click exhaust and click on the LM picture. SLP has created some exhaust video's of their products with competitor exhaust video's for comparion. You can also go to the Katec site and search exhaust and you be be able to view exhaust videos of the LM with gutted cats and Cam.
