Post Problems after installing long tubes and off road y

I recently installed headers on my 2000 camaro. After the install things havent been right. When i start it first thing in the morning it will run rough and the idle is really low like under 500 rpms for about 2-3 seconds then it will jump back up to normal after that and nothing will happen. When im driving it intown when i come to a stop it will start to run really rough rpms will drop low again around 500 rpms and it seems like it wants to die but iac will bring it back up then it will drop off again and ect.. If i put it up in neutral or park it will go back to normal and run fine. It does this some times when i come to a stop and sometimes it will be perfectly fine. It had one code it was low airflow voltage but i have check most of the stuff that comes with that fault and found no problems. I have no clue where to go from here. any ideas please let me know

hmmm... O2 sensors? MAF?

ya know what though... mine does the same thing sometimes and it's stock... getting IM, TB, LT's, and ORY installed next week... we'll see how that goes...

gotta get the bent pushrods and failed lifters replaced first...
