rpms too high with no throttle???

Default rpms too high with no throttle???

when i am cruising around my car will stay at like 1600 or so when i have no foot on the gas and it is annoying as hell does anyone else have this problem i got this after all mods and i might have a vaccum leak or something or is it something to do with the tune??? any help appreciated

could be throttle cracker tables set too high... did you open your throttle body blade or drill the Tb hole out any?

I'd say its your tune.

If it was a vacuum leak it would run like complete ****.

is this on the freeway when the verter is locked..cuz that would be perfectly normal

That would of been my last approach to finding his problem, maybe his pcm didn't like it at all!
Did you disconnect the battery during the install?

if your tune up to date? thats generally a problem when you mod and your tune is off.

it does all the time and now it is real bad since i had to take the battery out yesterday
but its probably the tune i will have to check when i put the ls6 intake and injectors but it really sucks!!!!! i have a 230 cam and supporting mods, i didnt drill the hole in the throttle body either
