Four o2 sensors?!?!?!

Default Four o2 sensors?!?!?!

I have a 2000 T/A and i bought a pair of QTP headers, i did some reading and apperently i have 4 o2 sensors. My headers only came with two holes for the pair, what do i do with the other two o2 sensors? I am not running any cats.
Please someone clear up this confusion!

The other two are after the cats. You can either buy O2 sims or get the tuned out

Yes, you plug them into the precat (front) connectors.

if you look at your car now, you'll see the front sensors going into the manifolds which are going to be replaced by the headers. so put those sensors into the headers when you install them and since you'll be running with no cats the sensors in the back don't matter. It will set of an SES light but the light can be tuned out. hope this helps

i have brand new o2 sims to take car of the y without cats they are around 150 new i will sell for 75 new shipped obo

i just bought qtp headers and they did not come with bots gaskets or extentions, so where can i buy all this from.

and can i reuse my stock sensors, i just replaced them over the summer time

You can reuse the stock gaskets and bolts, I did. You can get extensions from just about any of the sponsors. The sensors you have will be fine

What should the header bolts be torqued to?
ha, like i can even fit a torque wrence down there, i'll find a way.

I'm not running any rear O2 sensors. I just got them tuned out. PM VinceTrifecta. For $100, he'll send you a hand-held flash tuner through the mail to tune out all the codes associated with removing the rear O2 sensors.

I would do that but it needs to pass NYS inspection. YES i know i will fail w/o cats, but i have someone who will only hook me up to the computer, as long as i pass that they have np with me having no cats, egr, and AIR.

Torque specs on the header bolts? Or should i just tighten them down? And use anit-siez or what?

That's the point of getting the O2's tuned out. The codes are permanently deleted from the PCM. That means you will never throw an SES light due to the headers, so when a scantool is hooked up, it doesn't detect the emissions system has been tampered with. The absolute best thing you can do is get the codes deleted. O2 simulators are not the best move as they are not 100%. The only thing that is 100% is to get the rear O2's tuned out.

I deleted the AIR codes and the rear O2 codes. I'll never fail emissions by getting hooked up to a scantool no matter what I do to the car.

And what plugs and gap should i get since i need to remove the plugs i am just going to get new ones, cant hurt.

lol thanks, don't mention it.

I used NGK TR-55's and MSD wires after my header install. There was nothing wrong with the stockers - 45,000 miles on Denso platinum plugs and they looked hardly used (at least I assume they were stock plugs, stock plugs are Denso's right?). The wires were in great shape, too. I just wanted an upgrade.

I forget what you gap TR-55's at.

tr55 gap at .055 to .060 (stock is .060).
