I think he's referring to drilling the holes for the hangers. You may have to remove the rear seats just in case you drill too far? I don't know, I never installed TSP's.

You don't have to, but it makes it easier.
Where they bolt is right behind the rear seat buckets so unless you just tap it with a bolt and rely on the thread in the sheet metal you'll have to take them out to put a washer or nut on there.

And really, its like 4 bolts, 2 13's and 2 10's if I remember right.
Not a major time investment.

Pull the seat, (one bolt on bottom of each seat, the seat back stays in) drill the hole, cut a slit in carpet. Put bolt in from the inside of car and put lock nut on from underneath. that way the bolt is part of the car so then you just slide hanger onto it and put another nut on it. now you can remove it whenever without having to undo the inside again.

Even if you have to...

The rear seats are held in by a SINGLE bolt each..

That is a ******* BRILLIANT idea, can't believe I didn't think of that, tearing apart the inside over and over kinda sucks Thanks for that one.

We pulled my rear seats for ease. Drilled the holes, slid my arm under the carpet and bolted it down. Pulling the rear seats isn't difficult or time consuming anyways so I don't even see why it would be an issue...
