I have Wilson rails, which have the same threads as the Fast rails.
I used:
3 male straight -6an x male straight -8an o-ring
1 male straight -8an o-ring plug
3 -6an 90* hose ends
1 -6an straight hose end
1 -6an to 3/8 spring lock quick disconnect
-6an braided hose
sorry i dont have any pics of the quick disconnect handy and the crossover is in back

I wanted a low "clutter factor" on my motor so I used a
Y-block and fed both rails from the back end parallel.
Some pics in this thread:

I used mostly Russel "Pro Classic" fittings with a Jeg's
Y-block and one of the snap-fitting adaptors that
came with the manifold (would rather have used a
straight, but the stock female fuel fitting is at a 45
so what's the difference?).
