Default MagnaFlow Vs hooker CB

Just want a couple opinions on these two vs each other. which one is louder, cleaner, less rasp with LTS/ORY, and best bang for the buck.

My buddy has Magnaflow, and it sounds awesome. Also, its stainless, why wouldn't you get stainless if you could

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for but I have Magnaflows and I love em'. They sound mean as hell @ idle and sound pissed off @ WOT but there isn't any drone to them @ cruise speed. Here is an Idle clip!

I can tell you now that hooker sounds bad ***. It is so deep and nearly no rasp with my headers and catted Y. My cousin has Magnaflow it sounds good but I love my hooker and I think he does too haha.
I do understand where you guys are coming from about the stainless part. I wish hooker would make a stainless system because you can beat the sound. IMO

I got magnaflows, but if i were you I'd just save up & go with True duals. Plus my hanger on the passenger side keeps on breaking no matter how many times i weld it. I had tailpipes coming all the way out after the bumper & you could tell the hanger was broken because the tailpipes seated crooked. You really can't tell now because I copped them & dumped them behind the axle. Not trying to scare you into not buying a Magnaflow because they're great. Just a little precaution to look out for before purchasing it. Good luck

True duals is the way to go. Believe me, my buddy had a LM and he is considering changing to TD after hearing my car. Sounds like a muscle car should.

Hooker sounds better with ORY/LTs than Magnaflow IMO. Less Rasp and a deeper note.

I have the Hooker CB on my 99 T/A. I'm very happy with it. Nice deep tone but not too loud.

I like the way the hooker sounds on my LT/ORY Cam only setup, it's deep with little rasp and sounds good WOT. Here's a video of mine: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tajKsYP-r_M

Hands down Magnaflow, if you want it to be louder add long tubes. Magnaflow is also all stainless, sounds great and produces awesome power. Maryland Speed also has good deals on them to boot!

ok so let me get this straight, magnaflow= louder, stainless steel, and a lot nicer tips.
hooker= deeper more refined, and cheaper? so it boils down to deep or loud?
