Default Stiffer engine Mounts??

I have 04 GTO mounts and they are very soft, i want something stiffer. Is there a manufacturer out there that makes something off the shelf? Cheers.

Why not go solid? I just bought the Spohn Solid Mounts for my new build. Appears to be a pretty quality piece

any advantages with running stiffer or solid mounts. would you get engine vibe inside?

Solid mounts do exactly what it sounds like. Makes everything stay in place. Excellent for drag racing. I run the Spohns and they are simply awesome all around for me. Ever wonder what it is like to stomp on it in a T-56 equipped car and not feel the shifter move over 4 inches to the right? It doesn't go anywhere with solid mounts. People say that there is some "discomfort" in using solid, but I have yet to see what the fuss is about. This is probably the same people that either: A. Have never driven/ridden in a solid mounted car. B. Don't have solid mounts but heard the same people from the "A" group gripe about how bad it could be. or C. All of the above.

I have the Prothanes, night and day between them and stock. There is more vibration transferred to the car body, but it is not objectionable.

I have prothanes also, I can't really tell the difference to be honest. There is a bit more vibration transfer, but nothing to get on your nerves.

I love my prothane units, the car is much firmer and just feels right!
