i am ordering my td and wanted to know which mufflers i should go with and if any one knows the characteristics of each muffler

sweet thunder
moroso spiral flows
dynomax bullets

i have sweet thunders and get compliments on my exhaust all the time. Used to have the bullets and they were nice but i prefer the sweet thunder.

I run a spiral type muffler. It is pretty quiet compared to your usual bullet style.

I had dynomax bullets and got tons of compliments on them but really didn't like them. It didn't have enough of a tone.

I know a guy with that has LT's, TSP true duals and bullets. It is too quiet at idle for me (he has a baby cam though). It is LOUD in every sense of the word at WOT though.

sweet thunder...i dont have tsp or sweet thunder but i have powersticks which is a chambered muffler like sweet thunder and i have true duals dumped...and compliments all the time

i have tsp true duals with spiril flows extended all the way out with pacesetter LTs. its tamed and sounds great. get alot of complements and not alot of attention from the cops.

I have the TSP TD's with the bullets. Sounds great. It was not as loud as I thought when I first put them on.

i originally had bullets when i got my td but i switched over to spiral flows, soo much better no rasp anymore and a little bit quieter

^^^That does sound really good. I'd like to hear it with an H-pipe, though. I still like single chambers the best, but spiral flows are a close second.

Do you have to have to have LT's to get true duals? Im thinkin bout gettin some TSP's ...but it'd b pointless if i needed headers first...

Not necessarily, but if your looking at TSP's then yes you will need headers.
