Default Just finished my LT install

Everything is basically done...I have some minor adjusting to finish tomorrow. It ended up taking a lot longer than I expected it do, but it was well worth it. I can feel the power increase and it sounds sweet. I kept my LM catback and went with Hooker LT's and the TSP catted Y. The thing I like about it is that it's quiet at idle...just able the same as the catback by itself. But at WOT it's crazy loud...sounds awesome. It's raining here now but I'll try to get an exhaust video up by Saturday.

It was great IMO...welds were very nice and it slipped together very easily. It just takes some adjusting. The only thing I don't like about it so far is the clearance...probably like 4-5'' off the ground. But, tomorrow I'll be moving some of the pipes around...I think I can get some better clearance out of it. I'll take pics tomorrow to show how it is. But overall, it really sounds very nice. The cats got rid of the rasp and there's no smell that you get with the ORY.

I helped a friend with the pacesetter headers and tsp ORY and it hangs alot lower than I would like it too but he doesn't care cause he's still riding with stock height and tire profile but he's only got about 3" of clearance. Doesn't bother him, but for me it would just be way too low...

Glad you enjoy the new found power and sound.

I basically have the same set up as you (Jet Hot LTs, TSP catted Y, and Magnaflow CB). Were you able to put the brace back on (not the trans brace, the flate stamped steel one )? I was unable to do so. Also, I used the corvette o2s for the front and the originals for the rear o2s and the car didn't throw any codes.

I have the TSP ORY bolted up to some QTP LTs. The trick with that y-pipe is to leave all of the fasteners loose and jack it up close to the body, then tighten everything down.

Took mine out for the forst time today. Sounds great, runs great, but under hard acceleration from a roll or stop the driver's side cat bangs the floor; not real bad but I can not live with that. I only have about a 1/2 inch between the floor brace and the cat. Looks like I am re fabbing the floor brace, or trying the bump stop hanger. When I installed the headers I installed poly motor mounts, so thats not the answer.

Probably because the TSP is like $50 cheaper, that's why I'm choosing the TSP
