Default manifold question

I'm a newbie to all of this stuff so this might sound like a dumb question.
I have tried searching and I cannot find what I'm looking for. Are the stock EXHAUST manifolds on 2000 and 2001 ls1 the same?
Thanks!

no the 98-00 has the ls1 intake manifold, while the 01-02 have the ls6 intake manifold which flows a lot better

I would look in the classifieds for an LS6 or pony up for a fast....I would just keep what you got, do all of your bolt ons then get a fast instead of buying an LS6 now and having to sell it and get a Fast latter

98-99 used old steel style the 00-02 used a better designed cast iron style
