Default LS1 fans question

I am not sure and that is why I am asking, so the big fan on the passenger side should be the radiator fan and it has a high and low setting, and the small fan on the drivers side should be the a/c fan, does it have a high and low setting also and should it be on all the time the a/c is on if the car is not moving?

If the car is stock with stock thermostat and stock fan settings. You have 2 fans, they are set to come on/off when coolant temps are:

fan 1 on 226*F
fan 1 off 219*F

fan 2 on 234*F
fan 2 off 227*F

My stock fans both operate simultaneously on either low or high speed when commanded on, that started a few years back when they went to the 3 relay system.

Yeah, the fans are not independent. The relays
put them series or parallel to get high & low
speeds.

With hpt vcm controls you can manually turn on low and high, and on low it "feels" like air out of the small one only, and on high air out of both...are they working correct?
