I have their coated....look great...lately I have checked other lt's and ground clearance seems to be middle of the road...I thought they would have more--but I am lowered 1-1/2"...the y-pipe is too large/does not fit well..3# is too big on a mild street car...2-1/2"into 3" would be just as good....my air tube recently cracked half off also----Rick at SYNERGY fixed it--not a big deal,as others have had the same problem with other brands.

i used Ultra copper on 3 sets of these headers and none of them ever leak. just let them dry for a week before u install them. i do have leaks at the collectors and the driverside header does hang a bit low for my tastes. has some nice scrapes on them. performance wise, they are great. i praised these headers a lot until a recent set i received to install on my new camaro. the driverside runner on the header closest to the front contacted the motor mount which required a small dent to be put into the primary. was not happy about that. the casting tab deal also had to be removed in order for the header to be installed. not happy about that either. the furthest runner on the passenger side came too close to the ventilation thing and made a funny smell in the car when it heated up. NOT happy about that either. the Y pipe tucks up nicely on the passenger side but hangs a bit low on the driverside. overall, i was very happy with the first set i got about a year back..however, the new ones seem to have some manufacturing tolerance defects in them... good luck!
